iScreenify offers a free AI-powered app preview generator, providing online previews for your digital content. By using our services, you agree to these terms and any applicable policies referenced herein.

2. Account & User Responsibilities

You must be at least the minimum age required to have independent payment capability in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree not to misuse our services, including attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or harm the platform.

3. Payment & Subscription

iScreenify uses Paddle.com as our payment provider.

We offer two payment models:

Subscription Plan: Billed in advance and automatically renewed unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

One-Time Purchase: Users can pay for single-use access without a subscription.

Prices may change, and we will notify you in advance of any changes.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to provide a high-quality service. However, our refund policy varies by payment type:

Subscription Refunds: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Partial refunds for remaining time are not available.

One-Time Purchases: Due to the nature of digital services, one-time purchases are non-refundable, except in cases of technical failure preventing access.

Non-Refundable Cases: Discounts, promotional offers, or abuse of refund policies may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days via Paddle.

5. Service Availability & Modifications

We aim for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

iScreenify reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content generated through iScreenify remains your property.

iScreenify retains rights to its platform, including branding and proprietary technology.

7. Limitation of Liability

iScreenify is not responsible for any indirect damages resulting from service use.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation before any legal action.
